PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly structure of parts to a shaft member enabling easy and positive assembly of parts fitted to a shaft member. SOLUTION: A gear wheel part 2b of a driven gear 2 is connected relatively rotatably within a predetermined amount to a base part 2a of the driven gear 2 assembled to a balancer shaft 1 through elastic bodies of springs 2c, 2d, etc., and the gear wheel part 2b is held by being pressurized by a plate spring 2f from a side face and by being pressure welded by the base part 2a. The pressure welding by the plate spring 2f is done by pressure-contacting a small diameter end of the plate spring 2f through a washer 2g by a lock ring 2h, and for the pressure-contacting, the lock ring 2h is fittingly locked to a ring-like groove 2a2 formed on a boss part 2a1 of the base part 2a.
