The thermal insulation panel (1) has one surface that reflects light radiation such as infrared radiation, and a textile backing layer (3). The reflective surface is made up of flat, transverse slats (2) of a material with a high reflective power, such as aluminum, held together by knitted bonding filaments (5) forming a non-reflective textile backing. The backing layer can be dyed or printed, and impregnated with resins for mechanical strength and fire-resistance. |
