PURPOSE: A filler for inner packing is provided to reduce its production costs by covering both sides of a product, and to improve its productivity by making package possible, in the state that an air is injected, in order to rapidly pack the product. CONSTITUTION: The filler for inner packing includes; a synthetic resin piece(11) dually layered in a band shape and having an air inlet nozzle making air in- or out-flow possible; a joint member(13) connecting and fixing both ends of the band-shaped synthetic resin piece(11) with each other; many closed spaces(16a,16b,16c) with a filled air by forming a vertical fusion surface(14) and a horizontal fusion surface(15) so to make a closed space respectively in upper, intermediate and lower end; an air passage(17) in determined positions of the horizontal(15) or the vertical fusion surface(14) so to make air circulation between the many closed spaces(16a,16b,16c); and a bent fusion surface(18) protecting loaded articles.
