PURPOSE: A traffic noise reducer by recycling a waste air filter for a vehicle is provided to cut down the enormous expenses required for waste disposal, to prevent environmental pollution caused by waste disposal and to absorb and reduce traffic noise. CONSTITUTION: The traffic noise reducer(A) by recycling a waste air filter for a vehicle comprises the steps of arranging many noise reducer unit members(C) closely in a line, inserting a long bolt(100) to a fastening hole in the center of an upper cap of each noise reducer unit member(C), and coupling a nut(120) with the long bolt(100) projected partially through the fastening hole of the upper cap of the noise reducer unit member(C) located on both ends. The noise reducer unit member(C) is formed by inserting a cylindrical stiffener to a pipe through a lower outlet of a waste air filter used for a noise reducer.
