METHOD FOR ENHANCING PICTURE QUALITY ACCORDING TO VOICE/IMAGE A MODE SELECTION OF MOBILE TERMINAL, CONCERNED WITH ADJUSTING HIGH AND LOW OF PICTURE QUALITY ACCORDING TO AN AMR(ADAPTIVE MULTI-RATE) BIT RATE

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for enhancing picture quality according to voice/image mode selection of a mobile terminal is provided to allow a user to select the best picture quality by adjusting high and low of picture quality according to an AMR(Adaptive Multi-Rate) bit rate. CONSTITUTION: When a user of a mobile terminal starts picture call communication, he/she selects an AMR bit rate(301). The user determines whether the selected bit rate is 5.15kbps(302). If the selected bit rate is 5.15kbps, the user sets the selected value as the AMR bit rate(305). The user adjusts the number of bytes of image data according to the selected AMR bit rate(306). The user sends voice data and image data which have been encoded according to the adjusted number of bytes to a terminal of a receiver(307).
