COMPOSITION CONTAINING EXTRACT OF CULTURED ROOTS OF WILD GINSENG WHICH HAS EXCELLENT TREATMENT EFFECT ON LIVER FIBROSIS

PURPOSE: A composition containing the extract of cultured roots of 50-year old wild ginseng(Panax ginseng CA Meyer) containing ginseng hairy roots which are obtained by inoculating roots of natural wild ginseng with Agrobacterium separated from a melon and then culturing, or adventitious roots of tissue cultured ginseng is provided. The composition has an excellent treatment effect on liver fibrosis. CONSTITUTION: The composition for treatment of liver fibrosis contains the extract of cultured roots of wild ginseng, wherein the extract is obtained by extracting cultured roots of wild ginseng at 101 to 200deg.C for 1 to 24hr. The cultured roots of wild ginseng are ginseng hairy roots which are obtained by inoculating roots of natural wild ginseng with Agrobacterium separated from a melon and then cultured, or adventitious roots of tissue cultured ginseng.
