The splice protection has a sleeve which covers a seal at the end of a central plate (1). The plate has alternate wide (3) and narrow (2) regions, permitting passage of wires or optic fibers on either side of the plate. The wide parts of the plate has on one face a support for the splices of individual wires or fibers and on the other face a support for storage of wires or fibres.
