PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of being inferior in energy efficiency wherein a rotating speed in proportion to a snow removing speed cannot be automatically shifted, an adjustment of snow removal of a short distance is forcibly controlled by a snow throwing chute, and travel of a vehicle is by entirely a hydraulic driving system since rotation of an auger is a mechanical system in a rotary snowplow. SOLUTION: A transmission for an automobile is directly connected to an engine; a hydraulic variable pump and a hydraulic motor are installed in a motive power distributor; an auger rotating speed in snow removal cannot be automatically shifted in proportion to the snow removing speed; and the snow can also be mechanically removed by switching of a clutch in a motive power converter. Snow throwing distance control in a snow throwing chute is reduced by setting a blower as a 6-stage shift; wasteful consumption of energy is eliminated by mechanical driving in deadheading; the auger and the blower are made respectively reversely rotatable; and the packed snow can be easily removed.
