PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform balancing action (canceling action) by balance balls 20d stably through a simple arrangement. SOLUTION: A repulsion magnet 20f for separating a plurality balance balls 20d composed of a magnetic material is arranged to cancel a magnetic field leaking from a magnet 6 for holding a member being rotated and to impart a substantially uniform repulsion magnetic field to the balance balls 20d regardless of presence of the leakage magnetic field so that the balance balls 20d can move freely without being shifted to one side.
