PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water area structure for reducing top heavy, and securing calmness of a front water area by taking a measure against a reflected wave. SOLUTION: A head part of a wall body constituting member 2 for forming a wall body 4 by being arranged on the water bottom ground 13 is connected by a structure extending directional connecting material 1000; a rear pile 17 is arranged at a prescribed interval in the structure extending direction on the water bottom ground 13 in a back side position separating a prescribed distance from the wall body 4; a head part of the rear pile 17 is connected by a structure extending directional connecting material 1200; an upper joining part C is formed by connecting the structure extending directional connecting materials 1000 and 1200 by a cross-sectional directional connecting material CB; an upper joining part B is formed of the structure extending directional connecting material 1200 and the cross-sectional directional connecting material CB; and backfilling materials 20a and 20b are arranged on the back side and the front side of the structure extending directional connecting material 1200.
