PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for spraying a lubricant in a forging press by which a nozzle can be moved at a high speed even when a moving mechanism for moving the nozzle is covered with a cover, its durability against dust can be enhanced and its maintenance can be facilitated. SOLUTION: This device 1 for splaying the lubricant is constituted so that the lubricant is sprayed onto the surfaces of one pair of dies MA, MB of the forging press P. The device 1 is provided with a nozzle 10 for spraying the lubricant toward the surfaces of one pair of dies MA, MB, a shifting means 20 for inserting/separating the nozzle to/from the interval between one pair of dies MA, MB, and a dust protective cover 40 arranged at the interval between the nozzle shifting means 20 and the forging press P. Further, the nozzle 10 is protruded from the dust protective cover 40 toward the forging press P side, and a telesco-cover 41 having a telescopic structure so as to be extendable/shrinkable along the shifting direction of the nozzle 10, is arranged at the interval between the dust protective cover 40 and the nozzle 10.
