PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation device in a facility, capable of reducing the difference in environment such as wind, temperature, humidity, to cultivated plants as low as possible to enable a uniform cultivation having a good yield, also reducing costs for facilities and running costs, and improving working environment and production control. SOLUTION: This cultivation device of mushroom, or the like, in the facility is provided by installing a plurality of stages of air ventilated cultivation shelves for cultivating the mushroom, or the like, along the both inside walls of a longer dimensional side walls of a box-shaped contour 1 so as to keep a space for wind passage 3 at the lowest end of it in a container for transportation or the resembling box-shaped contour 1, installing an air conditioner 4 in the vicinity of the ceiling part by putting a small distance from one inside wall of a shorter dimensional side wall of the box-shaped contour 1 by facing its air-blowing port to the one inside wall, installing by hanging a partitioning wall 5 from the lower part of the air conditioner 4 so as to become ventilating only at its lower end, installing a humidifier 6 communicating with a humidity sensor at a position between the partitioning wall 5 and the one inside wall, a ventilation fan 7 communicating with a CO<SB>2</SB>sensor at the one inside wall and a duct 8 having air-ventilating capacity in upper direction in the vicinity of an opposite inside wall to the one inside wall. Also, suitable adjustments of humidity and CO<SP>2</SP>concentration are performed by introducing outside air and gas state water content between the partitioning wall 5 and the one side wall.
