To reduce the reflection value of a micro-prismatic reflection film, a second film (3) is laminated on to the micro-prismatic side of the reflection film (1), so that the total effective reflection surfaces of the micro-prisms (2) are reduced. The two films are laminated by at least one roller (4,5) to press them together.
