An actuator (1) has blade springs both ends of each of which are supported by a stationary member (2) and a movable member (3), drive means (6) for moving the movable member (3), position-detecting means (5) of which object of detection is the blade springs (4), and calculating means for calculating a displacement amount of the movable member (3) from the distance between a leaf spring (4) and the position-detecting means (5) detected by the position-detecting means (5). The structure above ensures positioning accuracy of the movable member (3).
