<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retort pasta sauce hardly allowing spices of leaves to stick to the inner surface of a pouch when the retort pasta sauce packed in the pouch is opened and spread on pasta. <P>SOLUTION: This retort pasta sauce packed in the pouch, containing the spices of the leaves pulverized to 0.5-5 mm and having ≤10.0 Pa-s viscosity of a sauce part contains ≥0.1% and <1% of a lipid based on the product, and is packed in the heat-resistant pouch so that a head space may be ≤20 ml. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
