<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of failure cause investigation, and to facilitate an answer to a customer for unknown cause. <P>SOLUTION: This system has: a server 10 including a control part 11 and a database 122 showing practical use information to be acquired for the investigation of failure in each failure phenomenon; and at least one client terminal 30 connected to the server 10 via a network 20. The control part 11 is provided with: a function transmitting a list 102 of the practical use information acquired from the database 122 on the basis failure phenomenon specification information from the client terminal 30 to the client terminal 30; a function deciding whether concluding the cause of the failure of an investigation target to be unknown or not, on the basis of preset decision conditions; and a function transmitting a screen 105 provided with an input part of information necessary for the decision to the client terminal 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
