PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera where a lens barrel can be turned with respect to a camera main body, and which is improved so that the outside appearance of a turning surface may not be spoiled even in the case of repeating the turning operation of the lens barrel. SOLUTION: The lens barrel 2 is turnably connected to the camera main body 1 through specified gaps g1 to g4, and projection parts 31a, 33a, 34a and 34b made of resin are provided toward the end face of the main body 1 on the end face of the lens barrel 2 facing to the gaps g1 to g4, and the end face of the main body 1 is covered with a cover 10 made of metal. The surfaces of the projection parts 31a, 33a, 34a and 34b are coated with paint in specified colors and further coated transparently. Thus, the lens barrel 2 and the main body 1 come into contact with each other through the projection parts 31a, 33a, 34a and 34b made of resin so as to prevent their contact surfaces from being damaged.
