<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for performing a visual inspection of the surface, the rear face and the outer peripheral surface of a disk tablet efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus 1 for inspecting the disk tablets comprises a supply section 100 of the disk tablets and an inspecting section 200. The supply section 100 is provided with a hopper 120 for supplying the tablets intermittently to an alignment transport member 140. Each of the tablets is transferred to a first inspecting member 250 with its one face turned up, and flows downstream by the vibration of a vibration generating apparats 210, and the one face of the tablet is inspected in the meanwhile. The tablets then enter a second inspecting member 260, and stand up and roll around the outer peripheral faces, and the outer peripheral faces are examined in the meanwhile.
