PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge device of a cellular phone capable of facilitating and simplifying assembly, minimizing a scratch caused when assembling, and preventing reduction of characteristics of the cellular phone even after assembly. SOLUTION: This hinge device of the cellular phone includes fixation parts provided at both ends on one side of a body, respectively, and turn parts supported on the fixation parts for rotation. The turn part has a power generation means for generating driving force, a rotary cam and a fixed cam provided so as to transmit or release driving force of the power generation means selectively, a cam shaft which is slidably fitted in the fixed cam and in which one side is fixed to the fixation part so as to prevent slipping, and an elastic member inserted into the cam shaft to give elasticity.
