PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing clip for fixing a second panel member to a first panel member in such a way that it will not easily come off. SOLUTION: This fixing clip has an S-shaped cross section, and it is for fixing the second panel member 16 to the first panel member. It is provided with a first engagement part 1A in which an end part of the first panel member having a through hole is engaged, and a second engagement part 1B in which an end part of the second panel member having a through hole is engaged. The first engagement part and the second engagement part form lock claws 4, 10, and 11 to be locked to through holes at the end parts of the panel members corresponding to their inner wall surfaces, and an engagement wall 12 to be engaged with a regulating wall 18 provided in the second panel member on the second engagement part side. When the end part of the second panel member is engaged in the second engagement part, an engagement wall on the second engagement part side is engaged with the regulation wall on the second panel member side. Since twisting phenomenon is not generated between both, the second panel member will not come off the first panel member even when resistance of wind or water is added.
