<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can switch the scrolling directions of patterns in both of the vertical and lateral directions, and can improve the displaying configuration of the patterns. <P>SOLUTION: A pattern displaying means is constituted in such a manner that pattern displaying unit parts (e.g., A1 to A7) for which a plurality of illuminants are arranged in a figure of 8 are connected while being shifted in a plurality of directions.
