PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gripper surely joined with a counterpart in a single operation and retaining a firm and stable joint state unless applying an external force for detachment/attachment in a jointed state by forming the gripper into the flat and simple structure manufactured simply. SOLUTION: This gripper is provided with a base part 2, at least, a single lock projection 3 having a large-diameter head part 3a projecting to the base part 2, a spring part 4 integrally extending from the upper edge of the base part 2, and a lock piece 5 integrally formed in the front end of the spring part 4 and having an approximately gourd-shaped lock hole 6 engaged with the lock projection 3. The large-diameter part 6a of the lock hole 6 is fitted around the large-diameter head part 3a of the lock projection 3 with the spring part 4 foldedly curved and a material to be clamped is clamped between the lock piece 5 and the lock projection 3 wit their fitted together.
