The invention relates to novel cationic polymers and copolymers, use thereof for the vectorisation of biomolecules and synthetic intermediates for the same. According to the invention, said polymers or copolymers are essentially produced from one or several monomers of formula (I) as defined in claim 1. Said polymers and copolymers are particularly useful for the vectorisation of natural or synthetic biomolecules, in particular, biological material, most particularly, genetic material such as DNA, RNA or fragments thereof.
