PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite magnetic material sheet having high magnetic permeability and insulation. SOLUTION: In a sheet 4 having one or more kinds resins, at least one or more kinds of insulated magnetic metal powders 3 are formed sheet-shaped by mixing to disperse them, in which an insulator layer 2 is covered on the surface of shape anisotropic magnetic metal powder 1, which is flat and has high magnetic permeability and the average particle size of 0.1-50μm.
