PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a graph capable of directly indicating the relationship between an increasing rate in the equivalent semispherical body radius of a ground electrode and a decreasing rate in ground resistance in the ground construction of an induction prevention measure in facilities for electric power and communication. SOLUTION: A graduation of 1r-100r is made in one of the abscissa and ordinate of logarithmic coordinates, a graduation of 0.01-1.0 is made in the other as the decreasing rate in the ground resistance, and the relationship between the increasing rate in the equivalent semispherical body radius of the ground electrode and the decreasing rate of the ground resistance is indicated by a straight line for connecting the coordinates point of a value 100 of the abscissa and a value 0.01 of the ordinate to that of a value 1r of the abscissa and a value 1.0 of the ordinate. Additionally, a value that is 1.25 times larger than 1r-100r is graduated in one of the abscissa and ordinate of logarithmic coordinates, a value that is 0.8 times larger than 0.01-1.0 is graduated in the other as the decreasing rate in the ground resistance, and the relationship is indicated by a straight line for connecting the coordinates point of a value 80r of the abscissa and a value 0.008 of the ordinate to that of a value 0.8r of the abscissa and a value 1.25 of the ordinate.
