PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency cooker capable of performing local heating efficiently and evenly without causing damages to a high-frequency generator due to the local heating, and allowing a user to properly place a heating object in a high-frequency concentration area. SOLUTION: The high-frequency heating cooker 1 has a heating chamber 11 whose front face serves as a door 12. High-frequency waves from the high-frequency generator 13 are supplied to the heating chamber 11 from a waveguide 14. An antenna 18 provided in the waveguide 14 controls the high-frequency distribution. The antenna 18 creates the high-frequency concentration area by swinging at a given angle. A spot lighting system 46 illuminates the high-frequency concentration area.
