PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk unit in which increment of flexible rigidity of a flexible print board is suppressed and lowering of performance, a deterioration in life and malfunction of heat generating parts are prevented by providing a plurality of gaps of a direction being orthogonal or almost orthogonal to a movement direction of an optical pickup at a heat transfer member provided at the flexible print board and which has therefore high reliability. SOLUTION: The flexible print board is provided with a second conductor 473 having a plurality of parts having the gaps at a plane being different from a plane on which a first conductor 472 to which the optical pickup and a circuit board are connected and which performs input/output of a signal is constituted.
