PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide document contents and a use of data mapping for driving delivery setting. SOLUTION: A report is executed by a data drive type delivery to enable the delivery to a list of recipients determined at a run time. The data drive type delivery is open to the users as a type of a subscription. As for the data drive type delivery, for example, the list of the recipients is provided based on a query specified by a facility manager. As for the respective recipients, the field selected by the query is mapped in report parameters or a delivery extension setting so as to provide an optimal set of fields of providing the facility manager with a capacity of customizing the report contents. The report is delivered to the respective recipients as the result of the query or using the delivery mechanism specified when the data drive type subscription is created.
