PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a running cost spent for opening/closing a door for a visitor at a common entrance in a security system for a multiple dwelling house. SOLUTION: A control device 2 is provided with a management side telephone 10 (12), a registration storage part 14 storing a name of a previously registered resident, his/her room number, and a registered telephone number of a telephone possessed by the resident, a sender telephone number storage part 16 storing a sender number based on a sender number information service, and a history storage part 17 storing a receiving history of the management side telephone. The control device 12 receives a telephone number of a sender, determines whether the number is a registered telephone number of the resident or not, and operates an automatic door device 5 temporarily opening/closing the common entrance door only when the received call number is the previously registered registration telephone number.
