摘要 [PROBLEMS] The invention provides sets of solvents useful as homogeneous-multiphase organic solvent systems and particularly aims at realizing a lowering of the homogenization temperature of a solvent system-though such a lowering was attained by using a mixture of plural solvents in the prior art- by using a single solvent and at providing sets of solvents suitable for electrochemical processes or other chemical processes wherein electric energy is applied. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A chemical process wherein a combination of a first solvent and a second solvent which can take reversibly a homogeneous state and a separate state dependently on temperature is used, characterized in that the first solvent contains an alkane and/or a cycloalkane and the second solvent contains at least one member selected from the group consisting of carbonates (carbonic esters), carbamates (urethanes), ureas, cyclic amides, and cyclic ketoamines.
