SYSTEM FOR SUPPORTING REUSE OF AERO/HYDRAULIC MACHINES

A reuse supporting system is provided for promoting reuse of aero/hydraulic machines such as pumps. As a user who wishes collection of a pump requests a collection center to collect the pump via a web page provided by the collection center, a unique carte number is given to the pump. The collected pump is transported to a reverse factory for examination and disassembly. A reassembling availability determining unit in the reverse factory presents a screen image on which a plurality of attributes for determining the performance of the pump is displayed. As the operator enters detailed attributes on the screen image, the reassembling availability determination unit applies the details to a determination rule to automatically determine whether or not the pump can be recycled. Parts which cannot be reused are replaced with reusable parts of other machines or new parts. A reassembled pump is tested and its price is determined in the reverse factory.
