PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding device which can efficiently advance welding operation in plural operation sites without any miss and to eliminates a welding defect and the forgetful detachment of a clamp. SOLUTION: This device 1 inserts end parts of plastic pipes 10 and 10 into a coupling 8, holds them with the clamp 9, and supplies electric power from a power supply part 7 to an electric heating coil 8a to weld the plastic pipes 10 to the coupling 8. In this case, cooling time data recorded previously in a bar code 8b displayed on the coupling 8 are read by a bar code scanner 2 and a CPU 3 compares the cooling time calculated from the cooling-time data with the elapsed time from the end of the welding measured by a timer 5 and gives notice by a notification part 6 when the elapsed time becomes longer. |
