PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system capable of reducing control information transmitted from a mobile station to a radio station, capable of reducing a traffic of an uplink radio resource and capable of suppressing the amount of an interference in an entire mobile communication system, and to provide a radio station, a mobile station and a downlink power transmission control method suitably employed therein.

SOLUTION: In the mobile communication system where identical information is transmitted from a base station 30a to a plurality of mobile stations (40a-40c) by specified downlink transmission power, the base station 30a comprises a means for controlling the specified downlink transmission power based on control information transmitted from a part of the plurality of mobile stations (40a-40c) served by the base station 30a.
