摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic parts mounting machine which reduces the burden on an operator of the machine and has excellent workability by entirely put a proprietary device for maintenance management different from the machine in charge of maintenance management functions of a plurality of electronic mounting machines.

SOLUTION: A maintenance management system of the machines comprises a plurality of electronic parts mounting machines 20 constituting an electronic parts mounting line 10 and a computer for maintenance 50 to be a maintenance management device, communicably with a computer for management of the machines 30 connected to each machine 20 via a LAN 11, respectively. A maintenance management device generates condition information showing conditions of the machines 20, based on additional information added to production generated in the machines 20, determines defects of the machines 20, based on the condition information and performs the maintenance management.
