摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery management device for a vehicle which easily and accurately performs regenerative control of a battery by suppressing the torque shocks caused by the ON-OFF operations of a generator. <P>SOLUTION: A battery management device 32 outputs an objective voltage value to an inverter device 11 so as to make it execute charge, without directly controlling the generation torque of a motor/generator 15, at its charge. Since a 36V battery 16 is one where charge is performed frequently by regeneration or the like, it is so arranged that normally charging is performed by a voltage value equivalent to the preset 70% remaining capacity of a battery. Then, when there is a regeneration command from an idle-stop controller 30, the battery management device 32 outputs the objective voltage value which is slightly higher than normal with respect to the inverter device 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
