<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic EL device in which alkaline metal, alkaline earth metal, as well as halide (LiF, for example) and oxide of rare earth metal are formed by a liquid phase process, while they have actual results by a vapor process, and provide the electronic equipment equipped with the organic EL device obtained hereby. <P>SOLUTION: This is the manufacturing method of the organic EL device in which at least a light-emitting layer 60 is disposed between an opposing anode 23 and a cathode 50.
