PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate setting of a dynamic damper in relation to a suspension member, and to prevent a fall of the damper from a setting position. SOLUTION: A front member 4a of the suspension member 1 is provided with a through hole 5 extended in the vertical direction, and the dynamic damper 3 is pressed into this hole for fixation. The through hole 5 is formed into a stepped shape having a lower hole diameter Dhd smaller than an upper hole diameter Dhu. An outside cylinder 6 of the dynamic damper 3 is formed into a stepped shape corresponding to the through hole 5 by forming an outer diameter of a lower part 6b corresponding to the lower hole diameter Dhd and forming an outer diameter of an upper part 6a corresponding to the upper hole diameter Dhu. A mass body 8 is connected inside the outside cylinder 6 through an elastic connecting member 7 to form the dynamic damper 3, and the maximum diameter Diu of the mass body 8 is set to satisfy the relation Diu>Did between the lower inner diameter Did of the outside cylinder 6 to prevent a fall of the mass body 8.
