HYDROGEN PEROXIDE ADDUCT-RESISTANT CATALASE AGENT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalase agent capable of keeping high activity over a long period even in the presence of hydrogen peroxide and excellent in storage stability and to provide a method for producing the catalase agent. SOLUTION: The hydrogen peroxide adduct-resistant catalase agent is obtained by applying a coating agent to a catalase treated in solid state or applying a coating agent, to which a stabilizer is added, treated in a solid state. The method for producing the hydrogen peroxide adduct-resistant catalase agent comprises treating the catalase solution in granular state and spraying a coating agent to granules and drying the coated granules to apply the coating agent to the granules or treating the catalase to which a stabilizer is added in granular state and spraying a coating agent to the granules and drying the coated granules to apply the coating agent to the granules.
