<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyboard instrument which gives a more natural keying feeling while even a keying reaction force in a return stroke of keying is taken into consideration without making the constitution complex. <P>SOLUTION: A second key switch 75 is so formed that the partial longitudinally sectional shape of its skirt part 75c is an inverted J shape, the reaction force is large in the beginning of depression, decreases from the middle to the end of the stroke of depression, and the switch buckles more when depressed. When a stationary touch is made, a nearly constant and flat keying reaction force FF is generated in the beginning of keying with the weight of a key 51 and a mass body 40, the first key switch 58 is depressed by the key 51 to generate a first mountain-shaped reaction force FM1 through elastic deformation of a skirt part 58c, and then a second key switch 75 is depressed by an actuator 42 of the mass body 40 to generate a second mountain-shaped reaction force FM2 through elastic deformation of the skirt part 75c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
