摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid refrigerant for electronic equipment cooling system usable for a cooling system for electronic equipment and superior in performance for preventing the corrosion of an aluminum alloy, copper or rubber heat exchanger, a refrigerant tank, a pump and a pipe constituting the cooling system, and to provide a method of filling the liquid refrigerant into a refrigerant flow path in the cooling system, and electronic equipment with the aluminum alloy heat exchanger, in which the liquid refrigerant is filled, mounted thereon. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid refrigerant for electronic equipment cooling system consists of a water solution of glycols containing glycols in a concentration of 5-60 wt% and dissolved oxygen in a concentration of 0.5 ppm or less. The liquid refrigerant filling method for the electronic equipment cooling system comprises filling the liquid refrigerant consisting of the water solution of glycols containing the glycols in a concentration of 5-60 wt% in the refrigerant flow path in the cooling system and then replacing air in the refrigerant flow path with an inactive gas and the dissolved oxygen in the liquid refrigerant with inactive gas to reduce the concentration of the dissolved oxygen to 0.5 ppm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
