<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply method and a power supply system contributive to accelerate effective utilization of private power generation facilities which is a national policy in recent years and capable of reducing power cost furthermore. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply network W is configured of a plurality of power consumers H including those having a private power generation facility E.
