<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module which is high in reliability even when a leak point in the leak current of the solar battery element and a degree of leak at the point are inspected and selected and a hot spot takes place. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for inspecting a solar battery element 1 comprising a plus side electrode 2 and a minus side electrode 3, reversed polarity voltages are applied to the both electrodes 2, 3 of the element 1, the entire heated state of the element 1 is measured using a noncontact temperature meter 7, and the leak point and the degree of leak at the point are inspected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
