<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle desulfurization slag for roadbed material, aggregates or the like without any excessive facility, sub raw material, labor, time or the like. <P>SOLUTION: Desulfurization slag produced in desulfurization of molten iron or desulfurization slag produced in desiliconization/desulfurization of molten iron is recycled in the succeeding charges, and molten iron is newly poured for desiliconization.
