PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of the conventional constitution in which the whole of a board is formed of clay, that it necessitates a large amount of clay, results in low productivity and causes a high cost and that not only it is unfit for mass production, but also brings about a lowering in the strength of the board, an increase in the wall thickness and the weight thereof, etc.

SOLUTION: The board such as the laminated tile, brick, tile is manufactured by a process wherein a clay such as colored clay or coarse clay is supplied to a first kneader and extruded as a first rough lengthy body, a process wherein one or several kinds of industrial wastes out of fly ash, chamotte, tile waste and others are supplied to a second kneader and extruded as a second rough lengthy body, a process wherein indentations are formed in the adhesion surfaces of the first and second rough lengthy bodies and these bodies are contact-bonded with an adhesive of water-glass, a water solution of the clay or the like added thereto and are cut into a rough board material, a process wherein the rough board material is subjected to forming by a press or the like to be made a board material, a process wherein it is dried to be a board basis material and a process wherein the board is formed by firing this basis material.
