PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change the signal processing order or rearrangement. SOLUTION: Signal processors 12-14 have control I/Fs 21-41 each having port attribute information about control parameters required for executing various signal processes by an IP converter circuit 22, an RGB color converter circuit 32 and a high image quality signal processor circuit 42. When the signal processors 12-14 of a television receiver 1 are reconstructed, a controller 11 acquires the port attribute information of the signal processors 12-14 in the entire television receiver 1 and stores them in a memory 17, thereby grasping the control constitution of the entire television receiver 1 and controlling the signal processors 12-14.
