PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise increasing in accordance with a color temperature or sensitivity of picked-up image data and to provide the picked-up image data having sufficient sharpness. SOLUTION: A digital camera 2 photo-electrically converts an object image and makes it to be the picked-up image data. White balance of the picked-up image data is corrected in an AWB correction part 28, and color temperature data are temporarily preserved in an incorporated memory 38. Sharpness correction quantity and noise reduction correction quantity are decided from color temperature data and ISO sensitivity in a correction quantity deciding part 39. A sharpness correction processing part 32 and a noise reduction processing part 33 perform sharpness correction and noise reduction processing on the picked-up image data in accordance with sharpness correction quantity and noise reduction correction quantity.
