PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charged particle beam accelerating device and a charged particle beam accelerator using the same with improved cooling efficiency and easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: The device for making charged particle beams pass through a hollow part of circular cores 4 or cores arranged in a circle with a part of the circle lacking and accelerating the beams by an induction field originating in magnetic flux density changing with time inside the cores, is provided with a heat transmission wall 11a closely arranged in the cores 4, an opposite wall 11b arranged in opposition to the heat transmission wall with an interval through an interval-holding member 12, and a cooling vessel 1 equipped with a guide-in hole 3a and a guide-out hole 3b for a coolant and with the coolant flowing inside.
