PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a load distribution between data base systems without changing an application even when a server and the data base are connected closely. SOLUTION: Between the respective data base systems Da, Db and user terminals TM1 to TMn, a load distribution control server CSV1 is arranged. In the load distribution control server CSV1, the sorting condition of an access previously stored in a set information storage part 11 is read and set to an access destination fixing function 13. When an access request incomes from the user terminals TM1 to TMn in this state, the data base system Da or Db of an access destination is set fixedly based on the contents of the access request and the set sorting condition. Then, the set data base system Da or Db is accessed from an inquiry function 15 to make the data base system Da or Db carry out processing according to the contents of the access request.
