PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communicating operation evaluating device capable of evaluating the communicating operation of a node by arbitrarily preparing a communication procedure imitated for the node. SOLUTION: This communicating operation evaluating device for evaluating the communicating operation of a node 400 where information is transmitted and received between a plurality of nodes connected to a communication bus 100 is provided with an emulator functioning part 302 imitated for the other node by which information is transmitted and received with the node 400 to be evaluated. The emulator functioning part 302 is provided with a function of preparing the procedure of transmission and reception, a function of transmitting and receiving information with the node to be evaluated according to a prepared procedure and a function of judging the received data.
