PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel tilting device capable of tilting a vessel automatically in association with the decrease of a liquid substance without requiring the operation of an operator. SOLUTION: The vessel tilting device is structured so that a base 4 on which a drum can 1 to accommodate liquid and a balance weight 7 are installed is placed on rails 5 concavely bent and arranged in parallel with each other, and rollers 2 and 3 attached to the base 4 rolling on the rails 5 are allowed to roll, and thereby the drum can 1 on the base 4 is tilted automatically in association with the decrease of the liquid. The vessel tilting device is arranged so that a relation L1<L2 is satisfied, where L1 is a horizontal distance from the center of gravity in the slide direction of the base 4 to the center position between the front 2 and rear rollers 3 when the total weight of the filled drum can 1, the base 4, and the balance weight 7, is applied and L2 is the horizontal distance in the same condition provided that the drum can 1 is empty.
